JOB DESCRIPTIONCONTROLLER--SHARED SERVICES Competitive Comp Package!!!! Our client, located in NE Iowa, is looking for an experienced leader to join their growing shared services group! This is a key leadership role within the accounting shared services team and a highly visible role within the company! The long term career path for whomever steps into this position is very exciting!!! Key Responsibilities Include: *Managing daily, monthly, quarterly and year end accounting activities and financial reporting duties for 10 business units across North & South America *Participating in a wide range of special projects related to accounting operations for specific business units within the company *Guide, coach and develop the accounting team Key Requirements: *Bachelor's in Accounting *CPA (active or inactive) *Manufacturing industry experience (must be recent!) *Prior, recent direct report management experience *Demonstrated oversight in areas of accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting, internal controls and continuous improvement
Must have manufacturing experience directly Bachelors Degree in Accounting Must have a CPA certificate (can be inactive) Must have direct report management experience
