| Our growing client is looking for a Business Office Director to join their team. As the Business Office Director the main responsibility would be to direct, supervise, and manage the Business Office, reporting directly to the CFO. |

| POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: -Minimum of an Associate's Degree and five years related experience -Must have three years experience in managing the revenue cycle in an acute care hospital, preferably a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) -Previous supervisory and management experience is necessary -Must have an in-depth knowledge of credit and collections practices, Hospital billing procedures, third-party reimbursement processes, understanding of the budget process, data processing, and accounts payable |
