| Responsible for timesheet closeout, processing of labor distribution journals and payroll. 20% Responsible for processing all accounts payable transactions, including expense reports. Also prepares disbursements as directed. 20% Support the invoicing process to ensure timely billings and collection. 20% Support the month-end closing process by performing account reconciliations and entering transactions as required. 20% Interface with auditors (external CPAs, DCAA, tax and insurance) as required. 15% |
