Our client is looking to add a skilled Manager of Revenue Recognition to their team. As the Manager of Revenue Recognition, the main responsibility would be for the oversight of revenue recognition, analysis, documentation, and compliance with appropriate GAAP. This manager role will manage, train, coach, and motivate a staff of revenue analysts.
JOB DESCRIPTIONManager of Revenue Recognition Work directly with various members of global business operations to ensure that the underlying operational processes and practices are aligned with US GAAP requirements - Global oversight over the design and operational effectiveness of the technical interpretation and application of US GAAP and related revenue processes, procedures, and controls - Drive process improvement to increase overall effectiveness of core revenue recognition processes, standardize documentation, and increase team productivity
Manager of Revenue Recognition- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance required (higher degree preferred) - Minimum of 7 years' experience of financial experience with relevant software revenue recognition experience required - Must have at least 2 years' management experience - Must be able to travel both domestic and international as needed - CPA is strongly desired
