| Our mid-to-large successful and growing client is looking for a Chief Credit Officer. Due to a recent promotion, our client is looking for a Credit Officer to be responsible for overseeing all credit-related activities including: policies & procedures, management practices, measurement and reporting, credit-related operations, credit approvals, management of special assets, loan loss provision and reserves. |

| Chief Credit Officer-Accountable for the overall soundness of all loan portfolios -Establishes, in conjunction with other executive management, risk thresholds, underwriting criteria and concentration limits -Developing and implementing progressive credit risk management practices -Reviews and interprets new and pending laws and regulations to ensure proper training, and communications of bank practices are consistent with credit laws and regulations -Developing and monitoring of credit within portfolio limits -Principal liaison with external auditors, rating agencies, and regulatory agencies as appropriate |

| Chief Credit Officer -Minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership / management experience -Experience leading an overall credit risk function with commercial and consumer portfolios and managing to mid-to-large organization across multiple locations -Deep knowledge of commercial real estate, capital markets, middle-market, small business and commercial and industrial banking is essential -Must have an undergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting (advanced degree strongly preferred) |
