| Entrepreneurial business and multi-niche leader that is on track to be a $1B business by 2015. Company annual compound growth averages 25+% in last decade; has a pristine B/S; had a record year in 2012; and is expecting to grow by 20-30% in 2013. New financial leadership role with CFO upside. Center stage leadership role reporting to COO and CEO. Will have a lean but high group of quality performers reporting within a decentralized B2B business model. Key responsibilities are: Corporate Accounting: Be responsible for all financial reporting (internally/externally), corporate accounting, MD&A, and financial/operational metrics plus analysis, forecasts, reports, charts, and commentary broken out by market channel, individual SBU, business segment, and so on. Shared Services: Will direct all shared services activities (i.e. P/R, A/P) and planning of additional decentralized functions to the shared service center. Technical Accounting: Conduct accounting research (utilize 3rd parties); ensure accounting compliance and processes; support international expansion (GAAP, IFRS legal entities); possibly plan for future IPO; establishing new profit centers. Treasury: Will review all cash management and forecasting; pick up existing banking relations; partner on financing strategies on acquisitions; risk management negotiations; phantom stock and profit sharing accounting. Budget & Forecasting: Coordinate annual budget, capital expenditures, rolling forward forecasting, and strategic plan. Audit: Be liaison with external auditors; will want to move closer to SOX compliance Human Resources: Take a top-down review of compensation trends, benefit costs, overtime stats, rewards model, etc. IT: Review IT resources and needs; validate 3rd party services; strategize on technology investments and software priorities to support business growth Acquisitions: Partner on due diligence and integration. Just completed one in 4Q and have 2-3 on horizon. Business Reviews: Partner with COO on business reviews of divisional operations; measure results against plan. General Administration: Be involved in a wide range of projects that could range from lease management and contract reviews to fleet financing and new business ventures. |

| CPA required. First choice is former Big 4 Manager or Senior Manager who has moved into a financial leadership role that influences B/S and P/L…..preferably in a decentralized B2B model. Must be flexible and able to prioritize and operate in a fast pace, decentralized and multi-dimensional setting. Must be willing to travel 20-30%. |
