| We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior Manager/Manager with 5+ yrs experience to work for a rapidly growing company. Oil and gas accounting operational experience is preferred. This role has a good work/life balance. |

| • Manage internal audits and compliance work for financial and operational processes • Critically assess project team member performance and provide timely feedback, coaching and skill development • Develop recommendations for clients to improve design and operating effectiveness of controls • Develop profit capture opportunities including JIB, vendor, contract and other recovery based audits • Identify, qualify and close opportunities at existing clients • Strong interest in developing and refining new service offerings and related methodologies |

| • BS in Accounting, Finance, IT or related field • At least 6 years' risk management, financial audit, internal audit and/or SOX experience, including financial and operational audits • At least 2 years' experience managing audit or consulting engagements • Proficiency in all aspects of the audit lifecycle including risk assessment, scoping, audit planning, budgeting, testing, and reporting • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, quantitative and analytic skills • Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Willingness to travel, although majority of work is anticipated to be local |

| Oil and Gas accounting or operational experience strongly desired Professional certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, etc.) or the willingness to obtain certification within 18 months of employment |
