| Completes complex financial analyses and present formal reports to organizational leadership, including executive staff. This includes responding to urgent ad-hoc requests from senior management for analyses of critical financial and operational issues. This typically involves service line analyses, acquisitions analyses, capital purchase analyses, cost saving opportunities and other financial analyses identified by management. Evaluation of lease vs. buy alternatives. Evaluation of contract proposals. Prepares financial analyses to support CON Other miscellaneous activities to support the Finance Department. Preparation of the long range financial plan Preparation and monitoring of the capital budget |

| Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. At least four years of financial analysis experience, with experience in a healthcare setting Excellent communications skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information Demonstrated ability to frame analytical questions, perform technical financial analyses, balance time, communicate results of analyses through clear written, graphical, and oral presentation skills and maintain collaborative work relationships through employment of assertive consulting techniques. Must work independently to meet project deadlines |
