| Due to growth, our client is looking for a Vice President / VP of Operations to join their team! As the VP of Operations, the main responsibility if for the strategic planning and execution of systems for our client. This opportunity will require some traveling to be able to proactively work toward the company goals. |

| Responsibilities - Responsible for the strategic and operational matters for departments and revenues - Ensures the company meets its budget, revenue, growth targets and customer satisfaction objectives - Interacts regularly with Leadership Team to ensure that company's operational priorities are aligned with total company direction - Develops and oversees policies, objectives and initiatives that measurably improve productivity and bottom-line performance and growth - Directs the management of the Field Operations teams to evaluate, train, support and promote franchise and corporate store operational excellence |

| Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business administration (Master's degree preferred) - 10 years of successful operations leadership experience along with demonstrated success in people management and strategic planning - Retail operations experience a must and franchise experience highly preferred - Must be a strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus |
