JOB DESCRIPTIONAs the Regional Vice President of Recruiting, responsibilities would include overseeing the recruitment of financial representatives, conducting due diligence on all recruits, preparing business presentations, and attending networking events.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business related field - Minimum of 7 years of sales and / or recruiting experience in the financial industry - Ability to earn Series 7 industry license upon hire - Ability to mentor, lead, and motivate a sales team
