Our mid-to-large and growing global company is looking for an experienced Director / Senior Director / Vice President to lead all facets of their Finance (FP&A) function for their largest business segment / division. Position will be location in the Southeast and will supervise a mid-sized team of senior financial analysts, work with all levels of the organization (internal and external), and offers significant career progression opportunities. JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible for: - Strategic planning and Business strategy - KPI's, dashboarding, competitor benchmarking - Budgeting (including both revenue and expense roll-up) - Monthly, quarterly and annual financial and operational analysis - Short and long-term forecasting - Financial modeling, Mergers and Acquisitions (analysis perspective)
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Finance (Master's Degree preferred) - Must have 10 to 15 years of progressive finance experience - Expert finance, tax, accounting, and business knowledge - Strong Profit and Loss discipline with the ability to effectively manage the company's global financial planning to maximize revenues and profits - Thorough knowledge of applicable financial and compliance laws, regulations, and requirements including SEC and IRS reporting requirements, Sarbanes Oxley, GAAP, tax and revenue recognition requirements
