| We are seeking a "go-getter" Senior Accountant with 2+ years' experience. The Senior Accountant will have great potential for growth within the company and will be responsible for general accounting, financial statements, fixed asset management, payroll, and various ad-hoc projects. |

| • Responsible for all aspects of accounting through preparation of financial statements, fixed asset management, and bank reconciliation. • Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events in accordance with GAAP. • Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability or other financial activities. • Establish accounting procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and operating procedures. • Provide information to management; explain accounting transactions; resolve accounting issues and discrepancies. • Prepare financial reports including information for the annual financial statements and related notes and disclosures. • Prepare cash forecast, revenue estimates and expenditure projections for planning and budgetary purposes. |

| • BA in Accounting, Finance, or related * 2-5 years accounting experience • Highly proficient in Excel * This company offers significant benefits and a great growth potential. |
