| Our client, a well-known and trusted financial services brand, seeks a highly successful "hands-on" leader to fuel their diversification and growth strategies. The position will provide market leadership, with a heavy skew towards leadership in Agricultural Banking, Commercial Banking and, to a lesser extent, Retail Banking. The ideal candidate will create, implement and drive the strategic direction on the short, intermediate and long-term growth strategies for the organization and have a real opportunity to drive profitable revenue growth. The organization is well capitalized, well run, and poised for profitable and controlled growth. |

| Key Functions: 1) Provide agricultural, commercial and, to a lesser extent, retail banking expertise and market leadership 2) Outline and implement the strategy and structure to build and grow a high performing agriculture and commercial lending function 3) Provide organizational leadership and management to these functions |

| Experience: 1) 5+ years demonstrated success in agriculture and commercial banking market leadership, as well as having built and / or run related teams / functions 2) At least one demonstrated example of informing AND leading a strategic build-out or turn-around in this type of organization Critical Success Factors: 1) Good manager / mentor / leadership skills 2) Outstanding individual contributor, who is passionate about being a key member of a high-performing leadership team 3) Outstanding communication skills |
