| •Accurate and timely preparation of internal and external financial schedules. External schedules support the 10-Q, 10-K, Annual Report and quarterly press releases. •Providing primary support for segment reporting, including sales analysis schedules and pretax disclosures •Analyzing monthly balance sheet fluctuations and supporting quarterly working capital review •Analyzing foreign currency impacts on the balance sheet and income statement, and preparing foreign currency analysis package •Supporting Consolidations financial systems initiatives. •Partnering with GBUs, Regions and other Corporate Functions such as Treasury, Tax, Planning, Investor Relations, ensure accurate/timely reporting and consolidation of monthly financial data, including required GAAP/management adjustments, and accounting support. •Focus on strengthening processes and improving analysis/cycle time for monthly consolidation, while maintaining the appropriate level of internal controls. •Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities. •Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles, financial statement analysis (including statement of cash flows). •Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. •Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and escalate or resolve issues appropriately. Proven ability to meet financial deadlines. •Working knowledge of systems including JDE, Hyperion, Cognos, and Excel. •Education and/or Experience: Degree in Accounting or Finance, demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications and typically 3-5 years of related experience (or country equivalent). CPA and/or CMA preferred. |

| 2 to 5 years overall relevant business experience across a wide and diverse base is essential including: •Experience with SEC reporting and related requirements •General accounting / consolidations / auditing / Technical accounting research experience •Process improvement / benchmarking / tool-application utilization experience •Hyperion Financial Management, document maintenance software or similar application experience |
