| Global Private Equity corporation seeks an accountant to support analytical review and financial reporting requirements for activities of their Co-investor legal entities. The Candidate will manage key processes including Capital Call/distributions, marketing, tax and compliance reporting amongst others |

| Responsibilities: • Complete reports detailing Quarterly/Annual contribution/Distribution activities across all funds to internal tax teams in support of tax preparation process. • Report capital calls/distributions for co-investor and GP entities. Coordinate with purchase teams to complete all required notices and wire instructions for the above. • Oversee cash, reconcile daily transfers and wires, and follow up on any cash matters. Complete monthly reconciliations for finance team. • Manage the capture of capital call, distribution, NAV and other event data into Investran. • Monitor and report on fund LP cash and waiver dollar investments • Support the completion of quarterly statements for internal LPs. Coordinate any changes in data effecting statements with IT and reconcile any data breaks therein. • Coordinate with the Finance team to handle audit requests. Coordinate with the Tax team to handle • ad hoc requests. • Assist in providing ad hoc reporting to the internal LPs or other departments. |

| Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in Accounting with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a reporting capacity at a large investment manager. • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills a must. Able to understand and create analytics around complex data, discuss and communicate complicated financial concepts to senior management. • Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise. • Knowledge of Investran – Accounting and Report Wizard a must. |
