| Our client ,a global investment banking corporation, seeks a VP, IT Controller for their NYC offices. This is a new position, created to drive best practices and excellence for the companies US technology function. Reporting to the US IT Controller, the VP will manage all accounting requirements for the IT finance business area and lead the development of process improvements and migration of key processes to global shared services centers. |

| • Oversee Controller function including the enhancement of Fixed Price Contract accrual processes, month-end close, and support for the P&L and Balance Sheet. • Review existing processes and recommend improvements to drive best practices inside IT finance organization. • Act as the Controllership group liaison to advise on decisions regarding process improvement implementation in partnership with leadership across FP&A, Technology Finance, as well as global shared service centers Manage global remote shared services office staff and oversee transition of certain process from NY offices. Provide leadership and promote the success of remote employees. • Guide the standardization of all process across the IT finance group and create additional capacity through process improvements. |

| • 8-15+ years of experience in an IT Controller or related function. • Demonstrated experience managing/improving accrual processes, month-end close, P&L, and Balance sheet processes • Controls and controls process improvements experience highly preferred. • Understanding of fixed price Contract accrual process. • Exposure to infrastructure capitalization • Experience with application development and exposure with technology infrastructure. • Good communication and relationship skills |
