| This is a NEW high level position that will report directly to the CFO of a Community Bank with locations in LA & TX. |

| Responsible for the day-to-day financial and accounting operations. This oversight includes day to day record maintenance, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the financial reporting function, treasury management and income tax preparation by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers. Must have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of finance, operations, accounting, and treasury in a banking environment. |

| Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or related field required; minimum 10 years management experience involving financial operations of a bank; CPA certificate required. |
