| Lead a team of 4 and partner across all business segments including operations. Be responsible for • Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting package including analysis and commentary. • Manage A/P, A/R, fixed assets and G/L activities including intercompany, B/S and P&L account reconciliation and analysis • Forecast and manage cash; review credit limits and analysis • Insure financial controls and participate in internal and external audits & SOX compliance - coordinate with Big4 • Analyze business trends that are impacting B/S and P&L • Participate on initiatives to improve accounting processes, and conduct special projects |

| BS mandatory. CPA or MBA ideal. First choice is a candidate groomed by national or regional CPA firm. Must have manufacturing experience and strong systems skills. |
