| Global Bank seeks experienced accounting professional to lead legal entity reporting responsibilities for key business units. The hired candidate will manage the completion of Federal Reserve reporting requirements and communicate high level financial information regarding to accounting developments to senior management. |

| Position Description: Responsible for preparing legal entity stand alone financial statements including those filed with the Federal Reserve Bank (FR Y11 and FR 2314) Preforming due diligence analytics before filing such reports. Formulating immediate top-side adjustments when accounting/reporting issues are identified. Formulating corrective actions plans where needed to replace top-side adjustments. This will require connecting with Accounting Policy, GAO, the Business Unit and Legal Entity Controllers to resolve the issues. Identifying and addressing systems/processing enhancements for preparing these reports. |

| Minimum Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 7 + years in financial services or related accounting role. Big 4 public accounting experience highly preferred. Regulatory Reporting Experience with either the FRY9C, Call Report, TIC Reports, FFIEC 009 or FR2314/FRY-11's is a strong plus Public accounting experience is a plus Strong analytical skills |
