| Newly created hybrid position in a small bank with a mission. Our client is looking to add a Credit Administrator who would provide primary support to the Bank's Chief Credit Officer, credit analysts, portfolio managers, and note department personnel in the areas of loan underwriting and loan structuring, reviewing policy compliance, managing and documenting the credit origination and approval process, covenant tracking, and risk rating migration. |

| • Maintain problem loan status report. • Provide support to credit analysts/portfolio managers in structuring credits to ensure compliance with loan policies. • Review all credits within officer approval authority ($500,000 and under) post closing to confirm risk rating and conformance to Loan Policy. • Generate monthly Loan Committee and Board of Director loan reports. • Under direction of CCO, manage loan compliance responsibilities in conjunction with ICS (outside Compliance provider.) |

| • Minimum of five years relevant experience in commercial banking including formal credit training. • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be competent in the use of other Microsoft Office software and various banking software programs. • Ability to analyze financial statements and understand critical lending/financial ratios; excellent credit skills. |
