| • You will call on companies with revenues between $20MM and $500MM. • Cultivate new business relationships in the East Bay and Napa Valley • Maintain and develop customer relationships, new business, and periodic review of existing loan arrangements. • Negotiate proper loan structures, selling the Bank's credit and non-credit products. |

| • Minimum 2 - 5 years commercial lending experience • Successful completion of a Commercial Credit Training Program • Successful track record of bringing in new business |
