| Great leadership opportunity for an experienced treasury sales professional with a proven track record for sourcing /closing new business and managing sales officers. 50% of your time will be sourcing new business and 50% will be managing the team. This role is in the middle market group, companies with revenues between $50-$500MM. |

| • Develop sales strategies and establish sales objectives • Recruit, train, and manage sales team - manage 2-5 FTEs • Meet or exceed set fee income goals ( 1 million) • Identify opportunities to cross-sell other bank products/services • Develop and present TM solutions, speak at industry functions |

| • Middle market experience required • 8-10 years of sales experience in the commercial banking/treasury management/card segments • In-depth knowledge of TM and payment products • Demonstrated ability to direct and close complex deals |
