| Center stage role! Be exposed to acquisitions, expansions, mergers, spin-offs, turanarounds and so on. Support investments by maintaining all internal and external financial reporting. Create internal policies and procedures and develop key metrics to support business decisions. Be involved in budgeting, forecasting, investment quality control, analyzing capital structure, and working as the primary contact with external auditors and other 3rd parties. Manage the yearly roll-up of all external financial data and present to investors. You will be the financial backbone of the organization. Tremendous opportunity for future upside career growth. |

| BS required; CPA ideal. Must have 5+ years of financial reporting experience with P/L responsibility. Ideally candidate will have BIG 4 experience auditing financial service clients and/or have worked for an investment firm (i.e. mezzanine, equity, debt). |
