| Multiple Opportunities within Organization and a lot of exposure within their Tax Group |

| Primary responsibilities will include assisting with all aspects of multistate income and franchise tax compliance, conducting tax research and tax planning functions pertaining to state income and franchise tax, working on state audit examinations, assist with the quarterly and annual state income tax process including state income tax provisions, SOX compliance. |

| The successful candidate will need a Bachelor's degree in accounting. CPA or a master’s degree in taxation preferred, 2-5 years tax experience in public accounting or corporate environment. |
