| • Daily treasury/banking functions • Corporate accounts payable processing • Update weekly cash forecast • Fixed asset maintenance and depreciation • Support for bank audits • Support for external audits and gathering tax information • Support for sales and use tax • Travel and entertainment (audit expense reports) • Assist with month-end closing/journal entries • Account reconciliations • Other projects/duties assigned Work with CFO when necessary |

| • Undergrad degree in Accounting preferred, possibly Finance or Business Degree • One to five years related experience or equivalent • Proficient in Excel • Ability to multi-task • Good organizational skills |
