| Be responsible for reviewing commercial loans to ensure acceptable credit standards and risks have been evaluated. Partner with the CLO and lenders to support identification of borrower; the assessment of any structural and collateral weaknesses; and the review of supporting legal documentation, valuations, appraisals, and lending regulation compliance; and the structuring of lending terms and financing (i.e. cash flow analysis, discount rates, lease analysis, taxes). Review financial statements, corporate tax returns, credit reports and perform a summative write-up and presentation of your findings. A hands-on role with excellent exposure! |

| BS wanted. Seek 1+ years of commercial credit analysis experience. Must be coming directly from a bank or commercial lending institution. Must have a strong understanding and analysis skills.
