Our client is seeking an up and coming tax professional for the role of Tax Accounting Manager. You will gain experience in many areas of taxation while being a main player in a Tax Accounting role. | Position Duties Include: • Accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting for global income taxes pursuant to ASC 740 • Manage all aspects of quarterly of quarterly and year-end financial accounting for income taxes, including using Tax Stream software for calculation of global tax provision, analysis of current and deferred taxes, management of external auditor tax accrual review and maintenance of internal controls • Gather necessary information as needed for audits pertaining to sales tax, federal income tax, state and property tax • Assist with tax provision interpretations and technical tax advice to project teams • Draft written responses to tax authorities • Build relationships and understand tax positions of various entities within the business line • May assist in other areas such as compliance and tax laws as needed |

| • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting • Minimum 5 years experience in a financial/accounting role, with emphasis on taxation laws • Strong desire to create value within the role and responsibilities assigned • Demonstrated knowledge of a broad range of corporate tax matters, particularly federal tax provision |
