| This position reports to the Manager of Finance and is responsible for preparing, analyzing and presenting financial information to support operational and strategic decision making. This position provides financial support to the organization including analysis of end of month and year end reports, assistance with participation in completion of annual audit schedules, and various financial analyses. |

| • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited college or university. • Position requires a minimum of three years accounting or financial analysis experience. • Demonstrated knowledge with financial applications and processes. • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to frame analytical questions, perform financial analyses and communicate related results. • Computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel • Ability to work independently to meet project deadlines • Ability to work with and preserve confidential information |

| • CPA • 2-3yrs Public Accounting Exp highly preferred • Healthcare financial analysis experience. • Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint |
