Very successful Online Media company with Revenues approaching $400 million. They are strengthening their Corporate FP&A group and are looking for a Manager to lead the FP&A processes.
 
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities involve the participation in, and management of: • Providing analytical support of strategic initiatives that are high-visibility and critical to the company. • Creating scorecards and metrics for daily, weekly and monthly financial / operational performance tracking. • Developing and implementing forecasting & budget models and present detailed variance analysis of results. • Developing and presenting business analysis, recommendations for course corrections and alternatives to the Senior Leadership Team.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related, MBA Preferred • 5+ years of progressive business experience in finance, involving FP&A, modeling, analysis, budgeting and forecasting. • Advanced financial analysis, forecasting and modeling skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analysis and recommendations to senior management.
