The Technical Tax Advisor is a high level tax counseling role that will be leading our client’s taxation team in the strategic identification of risks, issues, and opportunities on overall taxation and provide counsel to our upper management teams. Your voice will be heard! As a member of our client’s team atmosphere your excellent ideas can be made into a great product. Your ideas are the fuel! Duties And Responsibilities Include: • Provide advice and strategic guidance on projects, as well as provide tax technical assistance to ensure compliance with domestic and international tax laws and regulations • Review and analyze income tax provision to ensure general ledger accurately reflects current and deferred tax balances • Oversee and support tax audits, including the defense of tax positions, establishment of procedures for audit research and preparation, and negotiation with auditors • Research tax implications for domestic and international commercial transactions, sales, and leases • Negotiate tax indemnification language in with international contractual agreements • Document compliance with transfer pricing laws |

| • At least 7 years of tax experience, including US and International tax • CPA or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Tax • Strong computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentations • Excellent interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas, and government agencies • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (must have passport or ability to obtain) |
