| Job duties include: • Manage and review multi-state income tax returns and quarterly estimated tax payments • Management and review of quarterly state income tax provisions for financial statements • Analyze work processes, make recommendations to improve work flow within tax department • Manage and participate in special projects, analyze transactions and drafting policies, and provide tax implications and potential impacts on the business • Manage staff selection, development, and retention, including establishment of work goals and objectives • Draft footnote disclosures for published annual reports • Research and provide technical guidance on various multi-state income, property, and sales tax issues, as well as provide technical advice and memoranda related to internal business areas |

| • Minimum 6 years of corporate tax experience • At least 2 years with an emphasis in state tax • Bachelors degree in Accounting or finance • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • At least 2 years experience in a managerial or supervisory role |
