| This is an opportunity for a team oriented international tax professional looking to take the next step up in their career. Our company is a subsidiary of a multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 company that has achieved expansion and growth into many international markets. You can be a part of this flourishing international tax department, one that respects the individual as a professional contributor and promotes career development. You will be in charge of a variety of projects within the international tax department. Project / Tasks opportunities Include: • Inter-company service charge review • Preparation of US International income tax returns, including but not limited to 5471, sub part F, and 1118 • Supporting tax notices and audits, as well as working on quarterly international tax provision and audit adjustments • Calculation of international book to tax differences, and conducting tax account reconciliations • Utilizing tax software such as Corp Tax and E-Filing reporting • Finance test expiration on sub part F |

| Requirements for the Position include: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar field • Experience in federal or International Tax • Minimum of 2 years of corporate tax experience |
