| Commercial Lending in Northern Westchester County and Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Counties. Loans from $2 - $20 million in size. Credit knowledge a must. This person will be a senior lender and will not require much management. This lender will have support from Credit and from management as well as administrative. Much more information about the bank and the team available once we determine your qualifications match their requirements. |

| 7 years Commercial Lending Experience with loans over $1 million and up to $10 million. Ability to write up detailed credits. Proven track record in this specific geography. Not all counties listed are a must but at least one is a must. |

| 10 years Commercial Lending Experience with loans over $1 million and up to $20 million. Formally credit trained. Community involvement with COI's in Westchester County as well as Rockland Dutchess and Orange (Mostly Westchester and Dutchess). |
