| Report to the Consolidations Director and be a key, center stage resource. Mentor staff level accountants and be responsible for financial reporting and consolidations of financial results from domestic and international operations. Compile data from operations in over 150 countries that report into the Norwalk area. Be involved with the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes and review of 10K and 10Q. Support internal control initiatives and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Analyze and report on transactions and events impacting the balance sheet and income statement. Recognize revenue by market channel, key customer and product line. You will present detailed analysis of financial results to senior and executive management. Partner with IT to create better reporting, analysis and forecasting capabilities. Work for an outstanding manager and be groomed to become a Corporate Accounting Manager or Divisional Finance Leader. |

| BS required; Must be perceived as a self-starter and team player with upside potential. Knowledge of fully integrated software package (i.e. Hyperion, People Soft, Lawson, Oracle, JD Edwards or SAP) experience is a plus. |

| MBA or CPA preferred but not required. Ideal candidate will come out of public accounting firm or has a combination of public and private sector experience and is excited about supporting a global business. |
