| Be groomed by the Corporate Tax leader and play a key role as you assist in the preparation of federal and state tax filings (for profit and non-profit), tax planning, audit tax inquiries, calculation of provisions and tax reserves for all subsidiaries. You will apply FAS109 for federal, state and local jurisdictions; maintain tax accounts including account analysis for all tax accounts (franchise, income, sales and use, property, business licenses, and excise, among others and determine accruals and other adjustments needed periodically. You will be a Tax Consultant to our internal Customers, Assist in the preparation of corporate and partnership income for all business units including the preparation of returns. Be responsible for maintaining tax library and research Federal and State tax related questions. Maintain tax calendar and tax compliance system maintenance. Prepares responses to new IRS guidelines and related interpretations. Assists in the reconciliation between payroll filings and corporate accounting information. Identify tax planning opportunities. |

| BS, Accounting/Finance. CPA and/or MST a plus. 2+ years public accounting or corporate tax experience, preferable in Health Care. Focus on consolidated (profit and non-profit-Form 990) federal and Multi-State corporate income tax, planning, research and compliance. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting/tax software. |
