| Join a growing, global market-leading of a NYSE high technology manufacturing company. Report to Assistant Controller, you will have overall responsibility for the internal controls/SOX compliance. Visit cost and profit centers. Partner with senior management. Interact with service centers, labor relations, IT, treasury, shared business services, service/contract compliance, and external advisors. Highly visible role. History of promotions from this group. |

| Be highly visible to all management cross functionally. Be mentored by “A” quality leadership (Big 4, Fortune 500 heritages) and partner with SBUs on identifying opportunities to improve business practices; lead implementation of best practices; lead SOX initiatives; and project administrate recommendations of change to ensure follow through of audit findings and in support of strategic and tactical goals. Typical career path leads to a Business Unit Controller or Accounting Manager. This is a highly-motivated and charged group that will groom you for success. Travel will be up to 30% range throughout the US and Canada. Evaluate newly acquiring businesses and ensure compliance. |

| BS, Accounting or Finance. CPA/MBA, CIA, CISA highly preferred. Ideal for Senior Associate/Manager out of Big 4 seeking to enter the private sector. Fortune 1000 heritage works as well. Sarbanes 404 or audit experince required. 3+ years of experience in public accounting or internal audit for a publicly traded company required. Manufacturing, technology or distribution, consumer products ideal. |
