| This position will review and have oversight of the consolidated financial reporting package. This team will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of quarterly and annual forms to be filed with the SEC (10-Qs and 10-Ks). The successful candidate will also handle technical accounting research and projects as needed. This individual will also be expected to present financial information (budgets, forecasts, other) to the board and other senior executives. |

| 10+ years experience in large corporate or large public accounting firm. SEC Reporting experience & CPA license are required. |

| Advanced degree preferred. Supervisory experience. |
