| Great opportunity to join a reputable bank that is experiencing tremendous growth! Our client is looking to add a Middle Market Credit Analyst to their team. This position can sit in Sacramento, Fresno, or Oxnard, CA. Must have big bank experience dealing with credits from $3mm - $15mm. |

| • Assist in structuring transactions and developing credit recommendations • Assist in financial modeling • Perform industry and market research; prepare reports and analyses • Develop customer budgets and projections; generate /recommend risk ratings • Assist in credit write-up reviews and approvals • Cooperate with Relationship Managers in achieving bank goals |

| • 7+ years related accounting or lending experience • Underwriting experience required • Excellent problem solving ability; strong analytical skills • High level of accuracy • Strong communication skills (written/verbal) • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency required |
