| 8+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist in a major corporation with direct accountability for 500 associates. Within these years of experience the incumbent must possess several years work in a union free environment. Experience in a unionized environment is preferred but not required. |

| Based on experience, provides an excellent business partner resource for first level supervisors, department heads and other technical leaders, offering suggestions and alternative courses of action that based on his/her experience will result in a higher level of individual and organizational performance. Directs talent management activities to ensure the most qualified associates are recruited, hired, retained and transferred to support manufacturing needs and succession planning priorities. Shares direct accountability for recruiting for all positions with a particular focus on highly skilled hourly associates (maintenance, machinist, tooling etc.) Co-leads the continued development and execution of a college relations program that consistently delivers new talent into operations leadership positions. |
