|Newly created position due to growth with plant operations in Bowling Green, KY. Must have high volume recruiting/staffing (hourly) experience in a manufacturing environment.|
|Five years of Human Resources-related experience with direct or shared accountability for 300 associates. Within this experience the incumbent must possess several years work in a union free environment. Directs talent management activities to ensure the most qualified associates are recruited, hired or transferred in support of onsite manufacturing needs and succession planning priorities. Shares direct accountability for recruiting for all hourly associate, production positions. This includes the on boarding, hourly performance evaluations and pay practices for managing hourly associates. Demonstrates human resource practices that ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws as well as company policies and procedures. This includes managing employee investigation resulting from complaints, preparing and responding to governmental charges and recommending measures intended to ameliorate risk. Conducts EEOC investigations and prepares responses as directed by the site HR Leader.|
