| We are looking for a Senior IT Auditor with 2+ years experience join a dynamic professional services group. This role involves an entrepreneurial environment and good work/life balance. |

| • Conduct IT, general computer, and application controls testing to support client's Sarbanes-Oxley or other compliance efforts. • Perform risk assessment, risk and control identification, and business process analysis • Recommend improvements to clients for design and operating effectiveness of controls. • Supervise staff. • Research technical issues. |

| • BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or related • 2+ years IT risk management, IT audit and/or IT SOX experience |
