| We are seeking an Assistant Controller who enjoys implementing processes and procedures in a dynamic environment. The Assistant Controller reports to the Corporate Controller at a well-funded venture backed startup (Tier 1 VC firm). Candidate that do well are knowledgeable and maintain a “can do” and “never give up” attitude. |

| • Manage quarterly financial statement reporting process and preparation • Direct monthly close process • Supervise bank reporting requirements, including covenant compliance • Assist in implementation of Netsuite, including migration testing • Support the annual audit and assist with ad-hoc requests • Suggest internal control and process improvements, and manage implementation |

| • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related • 6 to 10 years experience in related field • Big 4 experience a plus; CPA preferred • Netsuite experience strongly preferred |
