| • Analyze risk and credit underwriting for a broad array of debt financing transactions (including but not limited to early stage venture debt) • Monitor credit and manage risk exposure • Independently develop new business & build strong networks • Mentor & assist in managing junior relationship managers (recruit, interview, & make hiring recommendations) |

| • 12+ years commercial lending experience • Successful completion of a formal credit training program • Ability to analyze, negotiate, and manage complex credit transactions • Extensive networks and business contacts, including the venture community • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) |
