| • Oversee the growth, quality and profitability of a private banking group • Assist private bankers in analyzing and structuring credit facilities with new and existing credits • Communicate appropriate loan policies and guidelines giving consideration to quality, pricing and types of loans • Meet profit plan and loan quality goals • Manage personal portfolio as well as create new business opportunities • Direct the activities of the lending groups in the absence of the Manager • Coach and mentor junior private bankers in areas as product knowledge, selling/negotiating skills, sales strategy, etc. |

| • 6+ years commercial lending experience • 6+ years managing customer relationships • 3+ years experience developing junior private bankers • Completion of a Commercial Credit Training Program |
