| This position is responsible for supporting the Futures Commissions Merchant (FCM) in order to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the financial records and the reports produced from them. This position has responsibility for the firm’s compliance with applicable net capital recordkeeping and other financial responsibility rules. The position requires strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse support groups and disciplines including finance operations compliance and the front office. |

| CPA and/or MBA in Accounting and Finance preferred Series 3 and 27 designation 10+ years regulatory compliance experience with FCM /broker dealer Skilled in development of written procedures and controls over regulatory functions |
