| Position Responsibilities: • Prepares loan documents accurately and timely to conform with bank policies and regulatory requirements. • Reviews all internally prepared and attorney prepared loan packages for proper lending authority. • Authorizes loan funding and disburses loan proceeds; files UCCs online |
| |
| • A minimum of 4 years previous experience in document preparation and loan funding. • Basic knowledge of compliance regulations as well as consumer, commercial, and real estate lending regulations. • Familiar with lending terminology and legal/loan documents; understands lien perfection for all types of collateral. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow by urgency and volume. • Must be able to meet time sensitive deadlines. • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Word and Excel; familiarity with a loan doc and funding programs. |
