| As a liaison for the bank, the person will improve the quality of the level of service provided by the Loan Operations Dept, increase the overall ability of the Loan Department to meet the needs of all depts, and to strengthen the relationship between Loan Operations and Community Banks. |
| |
| 7-10 years experience, specifically in banking and loan operations. Well developed leadership, communication, organization, and analytical skills. Experience managing employees Leadership versatility and an ability to relate with different depts within a Bank. Understanding lifecycles of loans and all aspects of lending. Ability to take on a wide range of projects and keep the projects on task. Ability to quickly gain respect of the Loan Dept and the Community Banks. Willing to travel regionally. |
