| As Vice President of Corporate Accounting, key responsibilities will include: - Managing consolidations and worldwide financial reporting team - Directly manages global uniform accounting principles - Manages the company's worldwide delegation of authority and works with VP of Internal Audit on SOX compliance - SEC Reporting & Compliance - Technical accounting research - International accounting experience a requirement to support treasury and tax initiatives, including foreign currency hedging strategies, tax planning initiatives,etc. - Interpretive/consultative advice to global finance organization re. contracts, new business initiatiives, M&A - Strong executive presence, leadership and communication skills required - Significant interaction with CFO, Treasurer, and other Senior Leadership - Ability to develop and present executive summaries/presentations to Board and Senior Leadership - Directly manages a team of ten, including 7 in consolidations/reporting with a senior manager direct report, plus also has direct reports for senior manager – SEC Reporting and manager – technical accounting and research. Also has two reports in Europe that manage SOX, financial controls. |

| - BS in Accounting - CPA - 8+ years of Big4 Audit - 4+ years of corporate financial reporting (SEC) and international accounting - Proven track record of leadership, and ability to train and mentor staff - Excellent communication skills that will allow for successful interaction with Senior Leadership and Board |
