Multifamily Commercial Real Estate Lender: Join a highly profitable division of a $100+ billion bank with an excellent reputation. You will be dealing with sophisticated multi-family real estate projects and assisted living facilities from $2,500,000 to $75,000,000 in size. They specialize in financing multifamily commercial income property and health care facilities of all sizes throughout the country. Offering an assortment of financial options including Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac, FHA/MAP, Life, Conduit, and Mezzanine loan programs. As a national MAP and GNMA seller/servicer the originators keep the pipeline of deals flowing to their fully experienced underwriting department. Primary Responsibilities • Originate of HUD/FHA projects. • Work with internal network of relationship managers who refer prospects. • Develop third party referral sources and prospect for new clients. • Develop and close new business. • Be self-motivated and represent the bank professionally and with integrity.


• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and multifamily real estate finance products. • Experience successfully originating and closing large apartment and/or assisted living facilities. • Strong interpersonal and selling skills. • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with health care projects
