| |
| ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Successfully manage and develop loan portfolio. Maintain and confirm credit worthiness of customers. Gather, review and track appropriate documentation from applicants. Assist lenders in the underwriting and approval of loan requests for new and existing customers, assuring loans meet all policy and regulatory requirements. Analyze financial statements, cash flow analysis and financial ratios. Promote and cross-sell products and services as appropriate to customer requirements. |

| Experience with Commercial Real Estate Lending. Maintain a thorough knowledge of credit analysis, lending products and underwriting standards. |
